Role: Digital Marketing Associate
Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to contribute to innovative business strategies, positioning the organization for success in the changing healthcare marketplace. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Bilingual Marketing and Brand Associate, the Digital Marketing Associate will help develop and implement a range of strategies (advertising, social media curation, website content development) to recruit and retain patients to health centers throughout the Commonwealth. A key part of this role will be to maintain PPLM’s digital properties, including website, social media accounts, and customer review platforms such as Yelp and Google. The Digital Marketing Associate will work to enhance PPLM’s digital brand by creating new website content, implementing strategic social media engagement tactics, and leveraging new digital media best practices as they emerge. In addition, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for analyzing website volume through the use of Google Analytics. Finally, the Digital Marketing Associate will provide creative input on future campaigns that aim to promote PPLM’s critical mission and serve as a creative partner for PPLM’s Strategic Plan focused on disrupting disparities and advancing health equity across the state. This position requires a self-starter with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a can-do attitude.
